This year I will participate the art fair altonale Kunstherbst during the weekend of November 5th and 6th. I will show some of my latest artwork of my continuing collection harbourlights™. If you are interested to see the art convention, please, come to Van-der-Smissen-Str. 4, 22765 Hamburg/Altona. It takes place in the former England ferry terminal. Open hours are from 11 am to 6 pm. I will be pleased to meet you at the exhibition.
From Gerald Staufer (CEO of Westend61 agency) I got the reference to publish with Adobe Spark where you can turn your newsletter, report or travelogue into a nice pictured story. So I did. It came out a beautiful architectural story about the new fast growing district Hafencity in Hamburg. It honestly will take you a bit more than just minutes, but its a great way to advertise yourself. Give it a try !

Some days ago the 400 Meter containership Indian Ocean from the China Shipping Line (CSCL) run aground into the Elbe river 20 miles ahead of Hamburg harbour. The controlled havarie was necessary after the rudder assembly had become inoperable. But what frightened me the most is the great fall of loading of the big container ships since last year. The result turned out these days: Hamburg is now number three in the european container handling, after the Ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam.
Two weeks ago a person who visited my exhibition at NPZ told me he was missing an image that implied bulk carriers. I told him I was arranging some images with this kind of heavy freight ships last summer but didn't finished. I found it a good idea to go over it again and worked something out that satisfied me in its result. Now I can tell I finished two images. One you see here attached, the other one you'll find on my webpage under my collection harbourlights.
Thanks to Friederike Ulrich from Hamburger Abendblatt who wrote this article about me and my exhibition at NPZ Hamburg in our local newspaper.
My exhibition vernissage starts on 27th of January at 17:00h. If you would like to see my work but do not have the time on this Wednesday, there are still opportunities on other days until April 30th to step by at the rooms of NPZ. The address you see on the attached google map. If you are familiar with the subway, use U3 exit Feldstrasse. The bus No. 3 stops almost in front of the door. Address: Stresemannstraße 23. There are limited parking options inside the building.
I am pleased to welcome you !
This year I will start with my first exhibition harbourlights™ at the NPZ Hamburg. It will contain about 26 big formats most printed on canvas. All pieces are in limited edition. Interested persons can choose between different backing materials.
For all who are interested to visit the vernissage on 27th of January, I welcome you at 17:00 for the opening.
